MB - ALARM WHAT TYPE DO I HAVE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES?

Hi there,
Well I own a C180 Elegance 1998(August) W202.

Have noticed that my insurance company always puts down manufacturers standard equipment for the alarm type, however, I beleive that I must have a particular type for insurance purposes.

The key entry system is the DAS3 key system, looks like a key but is a digital/infrared key.

Any suggestions, thoughst would be appreciated.

afaik its thatcham cat 1...

If its anything like the original one in my E320 that is Cat 1 as I cant even get into it with the proper key fob.
