MB dealership parts discount

Would anyone one know to weather any MB dealership offers discount on parts, my local dealership Lookers Eastbourne MB, had a heart attack when I asked for a parts discount. I am after the genuine MB retro fit AMG illuminated doors sills, Eastbourne want £650 parts, plus £600 to fit. I am not prepared to pay that, looking for a cheaper alternative if possible, ie discounted parts and fitment by indie. Anyone help/advise.

Normally loads on E-bay, don,t fooled into thinking MB ones are better quality they are extremely expensive and absolutely no difference in quality to certain after market ones.
I know this as i bought pattern ones for the C230K and decided that i would opt for genuine ones for the AMG they arrived an low and behold there was absolutely no difference to the ones in my C230K, except the MB ones were double the price.

Not Lookers MB, Malcom, as I said in my original post, I mentioned a discount, to parts department guy, he virtually had a heart attack! However whilst they are my nearest full MB dealership, Eastbounre, Brighton, Crawley, I will only use them for my servicing and warrenty work, whilst I am under warrenty, I will be looking at fresh fields for thye parts I originally mentioned, and for servicing in the future, should I keep the car. That said I am going to explore the three options that you and the other two guys mentioned.

I always get discounts too. As Iain, just ask. If they say no, ask again until they do, and trust me, they do!

Then again, I am reknowned for not taking no as an answer.
