MB Independent Specialist in Edinburgh ?

Hi

I am new to the forum and new to Edinburgh ! I have an E320 Sportline cabriolet and am looking for a good independent specialist who can lower the suspension and fit some AMG alloys - does anyone know of one ?

Also looking to buy a set of 4 amg 17" 5 spoke alloys (been quoted £250 per wheel - but that seems a bit steep)..

Deutsche Marque on the Old Dalkeith Road, Danderhall has had a few mentions in the past. Never used them myself.

£250 a wheel sounds cheap if they are genuine. I enquired for a replacement for my car and £343 was MB of Edinburgh's buy price!

Thanks for this. The quote I received was from CSKperformance.com and it was 250 plus vat - so thats just under £300 for AMG 5 spoke alloys for a W124 96 model

Did you ask if they were geniune or replicas? If replicas I think they're quite expensive. A tyre fitter in Fife offered me new replicas for £400 all in.

Some people recommend Brian Miller Motors on Lanark Road but never used them myself. Howard Johnston cars are very good with the Mercedes and the mechanic, David Thompson a great help
