I haven't used them but I've often thought there must be more trustworthy MB Independent Specialist North of York than I'm aware of?
I would take their claim of having access to the MBSB "We also have access to Mercedes Digital Service Booklet, allowing your service history to be recorded online with Mercedes." as a requirement personally, and certainly a confidence booster, I'm not entirely sure what criteria is used for "Membership to the club" but I would presume it's more than just shelling out for a registered copy of Star/Xentry diagnostics? I would give them a go after a positive chat?
