MB Insert for Gear Lever - R129

Anyone know where I can lay my hands on the plastic insert for a R129 wood gear lever - standard 3 star logo. Dealers don't seem to want to know ?

Hello and welcome, this will not be possible to buy on its own as it was never a spare part, other than buying a new knob from Ebay (expensive) very hard.

Could you not use ant blank disc of the right size for now,if you have just bought the car, could the original be under the seats or mats
