Normal @ 60 is wrong, normal should be @80-90.

well my car has 40-60-80-100-120 , so 80 is in midle , when i drive temp gets 60-65 C , at idle keeps increasing , i will check again in morning the driving temperature

As Star, 80 minimum when driving. If it's lower than that your thermostat is faulty.

No. Thermostat not working will affect heater but not cooling. That's probably an issue with your air conditioning - most likely needs a regas.

Whilst water pumps do fail there is no set schedule to change them.
Fix your first problem - the failed thermostat before going looking for more parts to bug.

I dont know how long before car reaches 80 C , but after driving some 10-15 km , i can confirm that the car temp stays under 60 C . Do you think that this temperature and failing thermostat is a problem for the engine ?

It should get to temp (80-90’) within 12-15 minutes of driving (depending upon ambient temperature and driving conditions)

Increased fuel usage and poor emissions due to engine not reaching temperature. Engine management running incorrect curling as it thinks it’s still on the warm up cycle.
Just replace the stat now...

Unlikely as it's varying. Has all the classic symptoms of a failed thermostat
Yeah taled to a mechanic yesterday and he confirmed to that its a stuck open thermostat, however he told me that now during summer its not a problem for engine to drive like that, but till winter its better to change it.
