MBUX issues on new car

I am having a few issues with my new car, it has been back to dealer twice who has said the software has been updated and tested but as soon as i turn left out of the garage the issues persist. I am seeing if these are common faults before I go back in again.

My easy access setting keeps turning off every few days, I try to get out of the car and the seat stays still, check the setting and hey presto, set to off again.

The most infuriating is when the sat nav is on, every time I pull up to a junction the pop up screen that shows the close up is black. It covers the sat nav completely. I have to close it to go back to the full screen to see where I am going.

The third one, the car beeps at me every time I pass a speed sign that has changed. (this is NOT the warning for going over the speed limit, that is on visual only), this is to alert me the speed limit is changing. I have turned off all the extra alerts etc etc but this thing keeps beeping at me constantly. Driving me insane.

Has anyone else come across this?

Mine is a 2021 GLC and the easy entry has never worked despite being on.

I‘m not sure what you mean by the pop up screen unless you mean the Augmented Reality pop up screen? But this is an issue I have never come across.

Your third issue I have never come across.

On point two.

The CLE has the large screen in the centre console the same as the c class.

When the sat nav is activated, you pull up to a traffic light or roundabout. The screen zooms in on the roundabout in the way of opening a large pop up window across the whole screen.

This pop up is blacked out, so firstly you don’t get a zoomed in image of the roundabout and secondly it blocks the main screen view. Ok, so you can press x and close it and see the zoomed out screen underneath, but that is not really useful.

Needs a formal complaint to MBUK, its a new car & its faulty. Solution is to replace the sat nav, software fixes haven't fixed the problem.
A threat to reject the car as not of merchantable quality might focus their minds.

I bought it second hand, only 2 months old but not from the dealer, bought it from a specialist car dealership, so I am in the world of warranty only.

The warranty is with Mercedes, if you can't resolve it with the dealer you should contact Mercedes direct.
I would give the dealer notice that I will reject the car if the fault is not cleared. We are talking about a 2 month old car.

You can reject it, second hand is irrelevant

Does anyone know if the traffic light feature, where the traffic light appears on the screen if you pull up too close has a separate camera. That may be causing the fault

I think you are talking about 'Augmented Reality' which you can switch on/off in advanced settings.
There is no separate camera for this, just the one behind the rearview mirror.

Go to a Mercedes dealer & get them to take you through the full features of your sat nav.

I turned off the augmented reality and feature and the box stopped appearing at junctions, so I am narrowing it down.

Called Merc today to book it booked in and they never called back, so looks like a visit in the morning
