Mechanic wanted for engine swap

Are there any mechanics around the Reading area who would be interested in taking on the following job.

Swapping a M117 5.0 V8 and its ancillaries from one car to another?

I do not have deep pockets and really I'm looking for somebody who may be retired, or somebody who enjoys doing this sort of thing in their spare time and has all of the relevant equipment to help me do this.

Any takers , if so I would love to talk to you.

Alternatively, are there any good mechanics out there with their own premises who would be willing to take this work on as a side job....I could transport the car to you if needs be.

I have just bought an AMG Hammer, you may have seen the post a couple of weeks ago.

It's an AMG conversion on the W124 chassis. The original engine is a quad cam 5.0 conversion using the 117 engine block and AMG's own head design.

The AMG engine needs some work doing on it, so whilst I save up to have this done, I was looking to drop in another standard 117 5.0 V8.

The car already has a 117 gearbox in place.

I now need to locate a good 5.0 which then needs to be installed......are you up for a challenge.....should be very interesting to get the car back on the road even in slightly detuned standard 117 guise.
