You can adjust the handbrake shoes by removing the rear wheels and inserting a screwdriver in the hole on the brake disk. or remove the Calliper and rear disk and adjust the shoes that way.
It sits roughly at the 11 O?clock position, or you can adjust the cable from underneath the car roughly just behind the handbrake lever. Hope this helps
If you follow the two hanbrake cables towards the front you should find the adjuster, sorry the picture isn't great. Also the rear brake shoe adjusters are at the 11 o'clock position as you look at the disk.Hope this helps.
