merc badge wanted - BIG BADGE

I am looking for one of those front badges from a merc HGV to put on the front of my 190 , A freind of mine did his and it looks very smart , Very much like some of the AMG griles , I made the mistake of telling my local dealer what I wanted the badge for and now they wont sell me one. Merc dealers seem to get all funny about moding any of their beloved cars.

It has to be said though my merc is the best car I've owned , I've owned newer but not better cars.
Mine is 1993 190E 2.0 Auto.

can any one suggest an online retailer for merc truck / lorry parts .

i wouldnt mind betting they are a pretty penny. GO to a breakers, or Lankester Lakeside do commercial bits as well....

Theres always a carpark late at night.........OOH did i say that?

Ask a trucker. They hate Merc trucks. ( `Hitlers Revenge`, they call `em )  Probably give you the truck as well.
