Merc C180 Engine Problems!!

Hello Everyone,

Hope Somebody Can Help Me With This Problem Im Having With The Engine......
Firstly The Engine Is Throwing Out A Lot Of Oil,

There Is A Noise From The Engine From Start Up

The Car Is Changing Gears Less Frequently And Is Revving To The Max Before Changing.

Isthere Any Quick Fix For This ,can I Do It Myself??

Urgent Replies Requested,this Car Is Becoming A Pain In The Butt!!!!

urgent help with merc c180

hi,
sorry for not making myself clear ..the car is mercedes c180 amd the oil seems to be leeking from the engine,and is making a tapping noise when you start the car.

It has an auto gearbox and the gear change is very slow and it seems to revv loudly till it does eventually change gear.

The abs light is also on...I took it to an mot place a few days ago and they couldnt find the fault!!

Can anybody help me with this?

What do you think of heynes car manuals? Are they any good??
