i have mercedes e220cdi 2002 the fans are working from all vents the air is coming but there is no heat. it only blows cold air? i checked the valve is working. then where is the problem? the pipe that goes to the valve is hot aswell. help???

Hello and welcome,,if the pipe one side of the Duo valve is hot, but nor the other side,it will be the valve or control unit, but I cant recall ever seeing a fault on the control unit.
Is the pump 100 in the link working
