any one have an idea??
i have 1990 mercedez 500sl
i think its got to do with the security system
when i start it
it shuts off. the engine fires up but shuts of right away
if any one have any idea what it could be
or what i could do
please advise

sit in the car close the door, press the fob near the interior rear mirror, watch the left red light go on and then press the fob again and watch the green light go on.

You only have about 30 seconds to start the car once the green light its on.
