hello i have rust bubbles quite bad on my front off side wing, can any one tell me firstly can i remove this panel and replace it by bolts or is it welded and secondly where could i get a replacement part from, finally the car is a grey/blue coloured paint obviousally theres a code but i dont know it does anyone know either where to find it or no it off their heads? steve

The front wings unbolt and no welding, if the rust is only in one place then I would weld a patch in, a very much cheaper option.
