Mercedes 1998/9 Vito towing electrics

I have a 1998/9 Mercedes Vito, and I am looking to fit towing electrics to it.
It currently has the tow bar attached, but i want to fit the electrics.

Can anyone help with how to go about fitting the 13 pin system.
