Hi all
When I bought the car the guy had stored a spare back axle in the boot, the car also hadnt moved in years.
The rear wheels are not vertical but splayed out.
Is this springs? or the pneumatic leveller?
Ive had great help so far with this forum and cant thank everyone enough!

could be springs and shocks at a guess, but also bear in mind if you unload the boot and then dont move the car the wheels will stay splayed out a fair bit anyway as the suspension cant drag the bottom of the wheels inwards agaisnt to grip of the tyres, the opposite thing happens if you jack the front or rear up and then let it down onto its wheels again.

I was thinking the same after I posted,, possibly once the car is moved, it could rise to the correct position

Hi
Well lets hope so!
All being well should be on the move tomorrow, had terrible problems with the fuel pump, tank connections all gunged up, couldnt find a pump I could afford, so changed it for a modern type differnet diameter pipes to contend with, just hope after all the effort it works ok.

Many thanks Guys could do with a bit of reassurance!!

Keith
