Hi historians.
Writing a story but need to know:
Were the Special Roadsters shorter in wheelbase?
How did Sam Scher get the car from Jack Warner
 in 1949?
Was the car ever in any Warner Bros. movies?
I understand it was in the hands of a connecticut
vet. Dr. Bitgood, for many years, isn't he the same
man who owned the Blue Goose, Goering's 540K
that opened the autobahn in '36 or is that a different
 car?
Does anyone know what famous people first bought
540K's when new--is there an original owner's list?

How many special roadsters were made? (29?)

Was the "butcher's car " (old 540K found walled up
in butcher's shop in London) the same body style
as this one?

Is this ex-Jack Warner car the most valuable 540K or
is the one Stalin was given by Hitler in '39 the most valuable?

How many 540K's have been discovered and are now
known compared to how many were made?

Please cite source for your material--the internet is notorious for by-guess-and-by-gosh when it comes to facts.
