Hello members,
We had this stunning A45 AMG in for Stage 1 software calibration
Great to get it on our new Linked AWD Dyno!
These run a Haldex AWD System which most Dynos you have to be careful not to over load the rear DIF but with our new Dyno this isn't an issue at all!
We can run the A45 AMG in multiple ways with intelligent load control between Axles and having a dedicated Sync between front and rear rollers means never does the rear dif get loaded up or have to play catch up OR generate too much heat.
Got to work as usual checking tyres, dif, coolent, oil and fuel quality while running diagnostics on the vehicle while letting everything cool as these run very hot and can soak while sitting very easily.
Multiple runs and sweep test along with different RPM tests.
Logs went to plan and vehicle was behaving as we would expect to the customers delight.
Gaining an extra +46bhp and +118nm
