Mercedes app issue

Iam getting error
Message as critical v battery and I took to dealer and they said no issues battery is charged
Service request not getting. Addressed and they have no time limit
Can someone help me on this ?
Pathetic experience with Benz services
Super annoying and irritating
My App is not working and all functions are deactivated

Hello and welcome,

The app advising battery critical is very common, it is overly sensitive. The app not working correctly is also quite common, you’ll need to find the one person at the dealership who knows anything about it. Alternatively use the call function in the car and talk to Mercedes about it. I expect a software update will fix it for awhile.

I talk almost 20 times to service center and they created a service request which is in Tier2 support queue with not ETA and it can take years to fix
I went to dealer as well and they reset entire app connect
Removed vehicle abd again paired it but still same issue exist

Mercedes me in the bin. Its just an interface to your car which you spend more time looking at and worrying about nothing and I am sure merc use this to collect sheet loads of data about you.
