mercedes benz e200 audio 10 cd

recently my mercedes radio has been asking me to put in a code and it does not start up to play cd or radio does anyone know what this code is please could you help most thankful

When you bought the car, you should have received a silver small card (credit card size) with the radio pin code and the radio serial number.
It is probably with the service book and owner manual.
If not, ask the garage you bought it from or the previous owner.

You may also find this code on dealers day 1st registered collected brand new reciept, as we discovered on wife's peugeot when battery was changed.
Thank goodness the dealer had put this code on the reciept as we could not find a trace of it anywhere else!
