The car starts and runs well on idle but when revving the engine splutters, I have codes 22CE, 22B8, can some help?

I’ve also replaced the rear fuse and relay module/holder

Does the engine warning light come on?
I'm no expert, but a quick search implies that the first code relates to the air intake temperature being out of range. This could be due to the intercooler coolant level being low, but also due to an electrical issue - you state that you've replaced some parts already.
I don't know what the second code refers to.
Due to the age of the vehicle I'd suggest that as a quick first step you check that as you look over the electrics you also check the battery voltage and that there's a good earth connection between the engine and battery, battery and body at various points in the engine bay.
