Has anybody here ordered from them recently? I'm treading carefully due to naming and shaming rules, but I've emailed them twice recently with requests for prices, and have not received a reply.

I am a previous customer as well, and was very happy with my last order.

maybe its a rare part to get hold of and they awaiting confimation of prices etc before they reply.

Can't be bothered frankly. Online website should reply immediately, not leave me waiting for days.

Think I'll just use the dealer from now on. Their loss.

Couldn't agree more - if a company uses the web to promote their wares & offers an email enquiry service then there is no excuse not to give a prompt reply. My local dealership is one which does not quote a level of discount for club members, but suggests that you contact them for details. Emailed 10 days ago, 2 subsequent reminders, no reply !
