Mercedes C180 2008 Petrol footbrake stuck to floor , cable broken

Hi,

My Mercedes footbrake got stuck to the floor does not hold the vehicle, and also it appears the cable is broken.

Would you think that a cost of £116.00 for the parts and and £155 labour is reasonable? Total around £350.00 at an independent Mercedes dealership.

mine done that ,had the same opinion till i removed the rear seat . oiled it up , but no broken cable thank you
