Mercedes C220D AMG line premium

hi guys really need some help on this.
Brought a Mercedes c220d AMG line, 65 plate, but having trouble with the sat nav, basically done everything possible that people have mentioned to me so far I’ve tried..

Taking the battery leads off the battery to reset everything.
Then got told to buy a new sat nav card so went and brought a sat nav card with is 20/21 card for navs..

Then I checked the date & time on the dash the date is showing that I’m in 2009 I can change the time but won’t allow me to change the date on this, unsure weather this is related to the issue I’m having with the sat nav..

Also the sat nav has lost location it’ll say I’m in Else where other then my location I’m at..

Has anyone came to an issue or has the same issue as me that can give me some light on this or guide me in the right direction lol, it’s really flustering me now & really want it sorting. Last resort I want to do is take it to Mercedes them selfs lol.

Can't really help, though I did have a sav nav that lost where it was and turned out is was the antenna.

You could try Command on line on the forum here

Where is the antenna located do you know? How did you fix it? I’ll try the command Thankyou mate.
