Mercedes car kits

We've just placed a deposit on a Merc CLS, and while looking down the options at the phone kits, thought it strange that there are only cradles for phones that aren't available anymore.

Are there other cradles available? How have other people got around this?

Glad to hear you went the CLS route
Cracking car and next on my list when the diesel version is out.. sshame they don't do the 4.2 litre version they are having in Germany!
On the car kit you need to speak to Merc as they can get cradles to fit just about anything from what I was told and the latest Command systems have the software which allows this some of the earlier ones didn't
Which one did you go for and whats the colour
You must post a picture when you get it
I saw one in black yesterday and it looked the puppies bits!

The dealer seemed to think only the phones in the price list are available, might need to investigate a bit further then

Yeah, the Lexus fight died in the end, once the four seat problem was overcome, there really was no competition!

We're getting a silver CLS350, searched hard and finally found a 3 month old demo (couldn't be bothered with the wait) that had the best spec/price combination (most dealers are trying to sell them over list at the mo!)

Its got all the necessary options, 18" alloys, leather, comand, phone prep, harmon kardon, CD changer, adaptive front lights, parktronic, can't actually remember the rest

Will definitely post some pics when it arrives

The car's from Mercedes Oxford, yeah i agree, its proportions are so striking it definitely needs to be seen in the flesh alongside other cars

They look superb. I've seen a few in the press/sitting in the showroom but saw my first "real" one on Saturday and yes, they are the mutt's nuts.
