Mercedes CLS 2012 (w218) wheel centre cap size

Hi I don't know if anyone can help, someone has decided that they have more ownership of my centre caps than I do... does anybody know what size they are for this wheel. Its an 18" standard wheel. Thank-you in advance

Measure the centre and then go to fleabay - cheaper than OE and last as long

Do I measure the hole or the whole cap as there are options very close, 73mm and 75mm. This isn't the first time they have gone missing, last time it was the tyreshop that lost them but they replaced them with genuine. I just can't remember the size
