Hi everyone I have a nice 1996 C180 Elegance that I was going to upgrade to a newer E Class but thought better of it. I like the classic look my car has and instead I want to vamp it up a little. Nothing heathen like UV lights or anything, but maybe a bit of tinting and chrome and the like, aswell as if its possible maybe some performance upgrade work and getting aircon fitted. Does anyone know of a garage in the north west, preferably Cheshire or Merseyside where I could put my car in and have this sort of work carried out?

I forgot to add I am also considering converting it to LPG, can anyone recommend or advise against this? Also is there a change in performance between LPG and petrol?

Nobody knows a custom garage in the north west then? What about in England then????

To have these parts fitted labour / parts will make it un economical.

Air Con fitted guessing £1500
LPG Fitted approx the same £1500
Proper tints £250
chrome bits? depend what you want ££

So roughly £3250 onto a car worth .......

It doesn't add up, either enjoy your car as it is or change it?

LPG runs fine and only a tiny drop if at all that you can tell in performance.
