Mercedes E63s AMG 4Matic BiTurbo Stage 2!!! FULL Akrapovic exhaust!!!

Hello members,

We had this stunning E63s AMG in for Stage 1 software calibration

The client had driven his E63s over to us from Poland and left with us for a week to carry out the work!

This being a MY2018 this was equipped with OPF filters and the noise department was rather un-AMG.

Full decat downpipes with OPF removed also and full Akrapovic titanium exhaust system with carbon fibre tips!!!

Got to work as usual checking tyres, dif, coolent, oil and fuel quality while running diagnostics on the vehicle while letting everything cool as these run very hot and can soak while sitting very easily.

Multiple runs and sweep test along with different RPM tests.

Logs went to plan and vehicle was behaving as we would expect to the customers delight.

Gaining an extra +140bhp and +216nm

She responded beautifully

What is crazy is that the pops in that video are OEM over run so this is what the car wants to do but cats and OPF prevent any decent amount of sound coming out! Thought against adding more as less is more with things like that i think

I feel the need to point out that the acronym POS in this case stands for “point of sale”. In my workshop the same acronym stands for “pile of shite”. Usually applied to the latest car my mate Jeff has bought.
Sorry for the thread derailment. I just laughed out loud when I saw POS. I think the Akra stuff looks awesome. Just wish my wallet was fatter...

Ha ha ha I have to admit on occasions we have referenced to things as POS for (Piece of sh*t) its usually something someone else has tuned
