Mercedes gl 350

i am new to this forum.
any one can help me ?
i have a mercedes gl350 from 2012, with 14000 miles, i have a error problem with L/R , LOWER RANGE CONSULT WORKSHOP, I BEEN TO THE MB LAUGHTON DEALER AND is have to order the parts and recommended to drive the car until the parts come because there's nothing to worry about as long as ,,you do not drive off road'''.
THAT IS AROUND 5 WEEKS A GO AND THE PARTS STILL NOT CUMMING.
THE CAR IS STILL UNDER 3 YEARS WARRANTY .
ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHERE TO CALL TO MAKE COMPLAINT ?
OR ANY RECOMMENDATION What to do ?

Or, did they say for *you* to order the parts through their parts dept and you haven't ?

Presumably as it's still under warranty the dealership themselves ordered the parts, it's a pretty low volume seller so parts for transmission I would have thought are not normally kept on the shelf.
Keep rattling their cage!

The problem is common on the GL and ML, as said, Low range motor on rear diff, we done a few this year.......
