Mercedes GLC63s in for stage 2 package

We had this lovely Mercedes GLC63 AMG s with us from Wales recently

this one had the dreaded PPF / OPF filters.

in for our stage 2 package, the noise difference is astonishing!

This Vehicle was running the newer CPC control unit which has hidden torque limiters, this is why it didnt make as much BHP as we have seen with others, clearly visible on the dyno graphs at the top end.

Big up @jm-imports for their hard work & MTC Motorsport for there 1/2 set globally for this very special car.

768 > 991nm

I can't help wondering about the type of person who buys a car like this then decides that 534 bhp just isn't enough.

haha, if the performance is there why not, its not miles per gallon, its smiles per miles

some people use cars like this for just a weekend car so they just want the best in terms of noises, performance ect... besides when are we ever satisfied with "stock" power.

discussing this with the customer after the initial test drive, we agreed that the power levels was enough now tuned, any more wouldn't suit the chassis.

Pleased to say I'm now the proud owner of this car. Always been an M Car owner. So my first Merc... And wow, this thing is absolutely brutal.

All these posts make me jealous

Really want to stage 1 my C63 but always have that little voice in my head saying something will break down the line. Plus the fact that the E63 has a lower compression engine than the C63 makes me worried about the added boost

they are such a gem of an engine, plus they always build them with plenty of scope for tuning to put in other platforms ect

as of yet, still to see any issues with tuning which shows the reliability of the hardware & components.

if anything its just the usual sensor here and there that malfunction which isnt really related to tuning, but the only issues ive seen.
