Hello everyone
My challenge is to be able to use Mercedes Me!
I have register and activated my required services. According to my local Mercedes Dealer, everything looks correct and they can't see why I'm having a problem.
However, every time I log in, I have the following message:- Incomplete Configuration and Services not Activated !!
According to MB the services are activated and configuration is complete.
I really am at a stage of desperation.......where do I go next? Thank you.

Hello and welcome,

There have been issues where it has been registered to a previous owner. Might need to get them removed and you setup

Thank you. How can I view the history and remove previous accounts

Have you tried phoning Mercedes me Customer Services? They may have more clue than the Deslers who don’t usually know the system that well unless you get lucky and find someone who actually understands it. In the Mercedes me app, there is a help section that you can call from or just use the normal Mercedes Customer Service no 00800 9 777 777

Did you get anywhere with this David? We are at the ‘ incomplete’ app part and nothing is working other than it shows the pic of car in app!

tbf mercedes me is not most peoples cup of tea.

Works well for me and I find it useful

Give Mercedes Me a call using the call button “ i “ on your overhead console. I had a problem with a service not activating recently on Mercedes Me and they were very efficient and helpful. By using the in built SIM in the car for the call, they can identify your vehicle and download info from the car.

I like MercedesMe it’s a handy app to have just in case?

Well just in case you are in France and manage to close the tailgate with the keys shut inside, it took me a while in my panic to realise that the app can open the car.
