I recently bought the MP40 from Germany, and innstalled it according to the instructions. But my Audio 10CD won't activate it... The display reads "NO CDC" when cdc-button is pressed. Since I already have an integrated telephone, I bought the xtra fibre to expand the D2B. So the bus now goes from Audio10 ->Telephone (in trunk) ->MP40 ->Audio10.

The +12V and Wake-up is tested to ground, reading 12,4-12,8 Volts each.
Furthermore, when I disconnect the D2B connector from my MP40, the red fibre flashes a second when ignition is turned on and off. So the D2B seems ok.

As far as I can see, I need to get a hold of an Audio 10 maybe... To exchange it with my original for testing
Any other tip on how I continue with fault location? I think I've covered it all, but any help would be appreciated. :)

    Thanks! :)

    Your Mercedes:
    2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
These things are made to plug in, in place of an existing CD player I think I am not sure if the Audio 10 needs to be told that it is fitted
