Messing with our newly acquired SL at the weekend and noticed a couple of further issues
1. The number plate lights are cracked - minor issue but would be nice to change if they are not too expensive!
2. A much bigger concern is some corrosion along the boot edge above the number plate (see photo) - looks like there is a seam and some paint fake and white corrosion so I guess its aluminium? This would be impossible to get at to treat unless I remove the lower plastic trim panel around the number plate - does anyone know how to remove this please? Also has anyone had this issue and wat did they do to stop it progressing (currently it is off the main panel so early intervention may prevent a more serious issue
