Hi all
Having issues with my mercedes where the steering column module is not working, no buttons on steering are working, no stalks including gear selector, wiper stalks and cruise control are not working.
Troubleshoot steps taken:
1) checked the connector to steering column module for current with volt meters all metal contacts have current flow
2) check the ground by following wires and have ground in left foot well
3) purchased another steering column module same issue and errors.
What else can I check? If wire was short circuit to SCCM then I wouldn't get power in the connector.
