Mercedes Vito & Sat Nav

Hi Everybody.

Im going to be installing a VDO sat nav system in my 54 plate vito dualiner.

Im just wondering if this will be an easy task?
Will i need wiring diagrams so that i can get the right wires etc?
Or will it be an easy like for like swap.

Ive done a search on the topic, but there is only limited infomation.

Plug/Wiring Information

Help Needed.

Need help with wiring on the vito.
Ive seen the becker 1492 drawing, which is handy. But here is my wiring.
My Existing radio/cd is the Becker Audio 10 unit (Model No 6021)

A1 - SPARE
A2 - PINK/BROWN STRIPE ??????? Whats this for ?
A3 - SPARE
A4 - RED - Main Permament Supply
A5 - YELLOW/BLACK STRIPE ?????? What is this for ?
A6 - SPARE
A7 - SPARE
A8 - BROWN - Negative ground.

There is also a seperate 10 way plug with 2 cables used
1 - BROWN/RED STRIPE ???
2 - BROWN

I need a ignition supply which seems not to be present.

Any ideas

A5 - Yellow/Black stripe i believe is the ignition feed, Red being the permanent live (for the radio memory) when i changed the Audio 10 to my Sony head unit, i joined the Red and Yellow together, so the radio is no longer ignition controlled, dont know about you, but i hated the ignition controlled radio, there's not much chance of me leaving it switched on overnight etc, as i remove the face panel for security, which turns it off anyway.

That 10 way plug has your CANBUS wires in it. Pin 1 and Pin 2
