Good morning I am in the middle of converting my Vito van into a day campervan

upon removing the panel beneath the steering column and directly above the foot peddles , I uncovered amongst all the wires a solitary long lead that has a single red LED light glowing away permanently ? It looks as though this light is meant to be on display somewhere but I have no idea of where it goes ?
Can someone plz advise me hear ?

Hi there could it be to do with the alarm which I’ve never used ? If so where would it lead to ?
