Message on Display

New type GLA 70 plate (new sept 20)

Keep getting a message on the multimedia display about reading new terms & conditions and agreeing to them, the message keeps appearing when driving so I have not had the opportunity to see what it is saying, so I just tap on "LATER"

Any idea what this is about and how I could display the message when I'm not driving, and why would I have to agree to something when I already own the car?

It's likely a copyright agreement. I've had it in writing and it's about 14 pages of pure bullsh*t .
