Mileage correction on instrument panel

I have replaced my instrument cluster/panel with a 2nd hand unit after the other one died (many thanks to all who posted answers to my problem).
I need to get the mileage corrected. The mileage of the new panel is 181000 and the mileage of the car is 90000.
I realise that there are plenty of people who advertise, but can anyone recommend someone. I am near Junction 13 M25 London England.
Has anyone any idea of how much this should cost?

When you no longer have a use for your old cluster, If I paid the postage would you consider letting me have a look at it, I want to open one to see if they are repairable, if I can repair it you can have it back free of charge.

I was going to get a friend to have a look at the panel for me, he is an electronics engineer, and if he does not have the time or knowledge then I will post to you.
