Hey all,
I have a E240 Avantgarde, model 2000, and recently got into a sandstorm on the highway. Now the headlights have millions of pockmarks and look "milky" and of course the light is very diffuse. Can anyone advise how to polish them to become clear again? However, polishing might be difficult since they seem to be made of plastic. Or, if that's not possible, how much would replacements cost?
Thanks for any response

Hi Harry
If they are plastic as you suspecct, then I would suggest you use metal polish, the type your Mum used on the brasses. However if glass ,then I would suggest "tooth paste" using a buff eg( Dremel hand tool)
