Mirror and glovebox

Hello folks.

Due to on-street parking I need to replace my o/s mirror on my E300, WDB 210 0202A082408, can anyone recommend a "cheap" option as Im sure it's only a matter of time until it gets hit off again!

also - my glove box wont shut any more. Is there a way I can fix this?

Try Mercman in southampton.

The catch can be adjusted I think. Have a look and see if it can.

W210 mirrors are on eBay quite frequently. Is it just the mirror glass you are after or the whole unit?

It's the whole unit unfortunately. Currently awaiting call back from MercMan. Have checked eBay too, I guess its just pot luck when they come up as most seem to be the later one with the repeater in it.

Thats a shame theres a N/S one on the Bay at the moment. Prices will vary but I think a new part costs around £200. Do you need the outer casing as well?

surely folding them in when parked would help - unless they get really close.

Thanks folks. I got a new mirror off WingMirrorMan, and the glove box catch was repaired with a blob or two of super glue!

She's just been touched up by AutoSpray in Monmouth and looks like a million dollars (well 10 grand at least). Got to be the finest E300 Diesel in south wales
