Misfire

I have just aquires a 1983 380se, the engine seems ok when you first start it and when it runs on choke, but as it warms up the idle seems like it is missing on a couple of cylinders. I have replaced the plugs and the dizzy and rotor are quite new. What else could cause this problem ? I think that it is even running slightly rough on accelerating but it is hard to tell . Is there any adjustments for the mixture ?

check if the HT leads have been replaced? worth replacing if they
look quite old but get some decent ones as cheap leads don't
last.
