Misfire

I have a CLK 230K and it has developes an engine stutter at 5000rpm where there is a blip in revs and then it continues, and when the engine is cold there is a big stutter at about 3000rpm.

I have had it on a test mchine and it is showing no faults.

Can anyone assist me in this.
