Missing Membership Pack

Hi. I joined the club back in July this year but despite 2 followup emails and a call on the membership phone (which went to voicemail) there is still no sight of any pack. can anyone help?

Are you sure you're on the right forum? I've not heard of any membership packs available here.

Well yes given that my welcome email from MBO saying “Your welcome pack will be sent in the post within in the next few days but if you have any queries….”

Are you sure you're on the right forum? I've not heard of any membership packs available here.
