Missing Rear Aircon Tumbler

I am missing the rear aircon tumbler switch for the right hand side from my W220, is this a difficult part to source as interior trim? I have had a look on Ebay but cant find this type of part.

I have had a look on the site but cant find the switch I am after, I looked under W220.

Have I been looking wrong or will I have to search long and hard for such a small piece of trim?
