It states on the description its an AMG

Well I guess its an AMG line as its certainly not the v8 petrol version . It just says c350cdi AMG

I am 100% new to MB so If this is not the only difference I would really appreciate as much info as possible please

It is an AMG line as it says I the advert. A true AMG merc is a totally different animal.
AMG Line put some AMG feel components in a non amg car, such as AMG wheels, steering wheel, seats and a few AMG badges internally.

The car has already had 5 owners in 7 years also. So owners are getting bored of it quickly.
