ML 164 NSR door lock

Good morning
Can anyone help me with this problem please
My alarm goes off, the NSR door courtesy light flashes and my MB11 code reader shows Rotary Tumbler Microswitch open/closed/open/closed
Am I correct in assuming the door lock has a Microswitch showing when the door is shut and can it be replaced ?
