Hello,could anyone tell me how to check the automatic transmission fluid as I cant find a dipstick,ive noticed oil on the sump and front diff and im worried it might be from the diff. Thank you !!!! Its a 2000 model

you dont have a dip stick, probley oil coming out the gear box muti-plug, about £5 from mb, is the oil red or black????

It looks black like engine oil,I will prob go to an indi and get the ATF changed anyway,its done 108k miles without a change I think,and I dont think it will be expensive to change.

should have had a couple by now!!! anyway if its black then yes front diff but suspect more engine!!!
