ML 270 Cigarette Lighter Fuse

I wonder if somebody could tell me where the fuse for the cigarette lighters are housed. I have looked in the Fuse box, passenger side and the Cig lighters - both are not listed on the inside cover. Rear boot 12V point is.

A 12 v adaptor end came off on the rear passenger point and fused front and rear seat socket. They must be both on the same fuse? as both don't work

Any advice would be welcome.
