I wouldn't say they were rude, I just think its obvious if you want to sell a car, photos and details are very important. I see you haven't been here long; it's a very light hearted forum, I'm sure no-one meant any offence. You said 'it just needs some love', but when checking the MOT history, there seems to be a lot of past and current issues with the car, let alone the fact it's been sat for a few years. You've got to be transparent when trying to sell a car on a forum. If anyone starts hearing alarm bells going off, they are going to let the rest of forum know, whether you're giving advice, sharing information or selling a car, it doesn't matter, we rely on people being trustworthy on this forum. I mean absolutely no disrespect when I say, it doesn't 'just need some love', it looks like it needs a few things sorting mechanically from the MOT history + the likely rust issues from sitting for years. Again, I mean absolutely no disrespect to you or the car, myself, and apparently several senior members, like to make it known when a red flag is raised. If you had come into the forum and off the bat said 'hey guys, I've got a 2002 ML55 that has some issues and has been sat for a couple years for sale, here are the details and some photos' I think you would have definitely had a better response. I genuinely wish you the best of luck with the car sale!
