ML Headlight conversion Question

i have a W163 99 v reg ML320 and want to know if anyone has tried to fit the W164 later shape headlights? ive compared them side by side and all the fitting look the same, but havent looked at the leccy connectors yet, any ideas?

You could go to both the MLs on this site, go to electric and then head lamps and look for any differences

I cant help on this one, Ive never looked into the W164 headlights. Certainly the original ML W163 (pre 2002) can use the facelift W163, albeit if you change from Halogen to Xenon there is quite a lot of work to do (actual change of light units is easy, but adding the HRA computer, level sensor and headlight washers takes time).

As per Malcolm, best thing is to compare them on Detali.
